LionGold: Strikes Ore Processing Agreement With Australian Gold Company.

LionGold Corp has signed an ore processing agreement with Australian-listed A1 Consolidated Gold Limited in Victoria which may boost revenues over a three year period. Up to 150,000 tonnes per year of ore from the A1 Gold Mine would be processed at the nearby Ballarat gold plant, wholly-owned by LionGold subsidiary, Castlemaine Goldfields. In conjunction with the agreement, LionGold will subscribe to 34.5 million new A1 shares at A$0.116 per share, representing about 19.9% of A1's enlarged share capital, for a consideration of S$4.7 million (A$4 million). RH PetroGas: Zircon-1 Exploration Well Reached Total Vertical Depth Of 1,525 Meters.

Zircon-1 exploration well in the Salawati Kepala Burung PSC, Indonesia, reached its total vertical depth of 1,525 meters on 25 September 2013 and logging operation has since commenced. The well encountered oil shows during drilling in the Kais formation and was deepened from the original planned total vertical depth of 1,205 meters to assess the deeper potential. EMS Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, EMS Energy Solutions Pte Ltd has secured from its major shareholder, Koastal Industries Pte Ltd, a contract worth US$36 million to build a Derrick Equipment Set, complete with full drilling equipment, for an offshore tender assisted drilling rig, commonly known as tender rig, and expects to secure two more DES of similar value over the next few months.
