Listed Company Highlight of the Week
FN Factory Outlet Company Limited (FN)

FN Factory Outlet Company Limited was established on November 17th , 2000 with a start-up registered capital of 1 Million Baht and under management by Mr. Pricha Songwatana. The company started out as a business that seeks for opportunities and distribution channel for the brand “Fly Now.” Fly Now is a leading apparel brand that is famous amongst local and international customers. The economic crisis in 1997 caused a widespread recession in the retail industry. Therefore, a business strategy was thought out to adapt with the situation. The strategy involves the facilitating of slow moving stocks into a factory outlet distribution channel without logistics and marketing costs. As a result, the “Factory Outlet" framework was originated in Thailand where the products are of “export quality at manufacturer’s price.”
