VARD: Contract For 3 Module Carrier Vessels For Kazmortransflot.
Vard Holdings Limited has secured a contract for the
design and construction of three Module Carrier Vessels for
Kazmortransflot. The contract win was previously disclosed on 29 July
2016. The vessels, of VARD 9 28 design, will be operated by KMTF through
a consortium led by Blue Water Shipping. The vessels, measuring 113 by
22 meters, are designed for transport in the Caspian Sea. All three
vessels will be built at Vard Braila in Romania. Delivery is scheduled
between 3Q 2017 and 1Q 2018. The aggregate contract price is

Property Perfect Public Company Limited was established on 14 August 1985 by the group of Maneeya Estate's operators, with initial registered capital of Bt300,000. On 19 October 1993, the company was registered as a public company and on 1 June in the same year, it was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the Property Sector.
The Company witnessed severe impacts from the financial crisis and baht devaluation in 1997. Due to liquidity problem, the Company's share trading was moved to REHABCO Sector. On 22 January 2001, 3 creditors filed the rehabilitation petition to the Central Bankruptcy Court. The Court approved the petition on 19 February 2001 and appointed Asian International Planners Co Ltd as the rehabilitation planner. The Court approved the rehabilitation plan on 2 October 2001, allowing the Company to move its share trading to REHAB Sector on 22 November 2001 and returned to PROPERTY Sector on 19 June 2002.
