First REIT: Maintains Steady Growth With 3Q 2015 DPU Up 3% At 2.08 Cents.

First Real Estate Investment Trust announced a 3.0% year-on-year rise in distribution per unit to 2.08 Singapore cents for the third quarter ended 30 September 2015, compared to 2.02 Singapore cents of the preceding year. For the period under review, distributable income registered a 6.2% y-o-y rise to S$15.6 million, while net property income grew 6.8% y-o-y to S$25.0 million. Contribution from Siloam Sriwijaya, acquired in December 2014, as well as higher contribution from Indonesia and Singapore properties led to a 6.1% y-o-y increase in gross revenue to S$25.3 million... CMT: Sells Rivervale Mall For S$190.5 Million.

CapitaLand Mall Trust through its trustee HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, has entered into an agreement to sell its property, Rivervale Mall, to a private equity fund managed by AEW Asia for S$190.5 million. Based on the latest independent valuation as at 30 June 2015, the property is valued at S$116.0 million. GPSC: receives certification by TGO as a role model of voluntary gas emission reduction in Thailand.

Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) presented a Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction certificate for 2014-2015 to Central Utility Plant 2 (CUP-2) of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC). GPSC submitted the "Cogeneration Plant at GPSC (Central Utility Plant 2: CUP-2)" as a role model of Thailand voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction in the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER). GPSC was able to reduce 40,013 tCO2e (tons of CO2 equivalent) in total.
