Rex: Increased Effective Stake In Lime Petroleum Norway To 74.16%.
Rex International Investments Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rex International Holding Limited, had on 28 September 2015, entered into a subscription agreement with Lime Petroleum Norway AS to subscribe for 1,000,000 new LPN shares at a nominal value of NOK 100 per share for a total transfer price of NOK 100 million, about USD 11.72 million, as capital injection into LPN. COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited's 51% owned COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd, has delivered an Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel, "HAI YANG SHI YOU 642", to China Oilfield Services Limited.
