RMI Co., Ltd. has filed for the approval with the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission to set up 'IMPACT GROWTH REIT', the real estate investment trust, to invest in freehold assets of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani projects including IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger, IMPACT Forum and IMPACT Exhibition Center. The distribution and Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription of trust units is set to launch after getting approval from the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission.
