First REIT: 1Q 2014 Distribution Up 22.3% To S$14.2 Million.
First Real Estate Investment Trust reported a 22.3% year-on-year rise in distribution to Unitholders to S$14.2 million for the first quarter ended 31 March 2014. CapitaMalls Asia: CapitaLand Launches Voluntary Conditional Cash Offer At S$2.22 Per Share.
Sound Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited, has launched a voluntary conditional cash offer of approximately S$3.06 billion for CapitaMalls Asia Limited with a view to delist CMA. The Offer is for the remaining ordinary shares of CMA that CapitaLand does not already own and is conditional on receiving acceptances such that CapitaLand holds more than 90.0% of CMA.
