ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has secured contracts worth S$132.5 million for the construction of five vessels. The vessels comprised four 75-tonne bollard-pull Diesel Electric Hybrid Azimuth Stern Drive Tugs and one Platform Supply Vessel, scheduled for delivery between the fourth quarter of 2013 and the fourth quarter of 2014. COSCO: Delivery Of Vessel.

COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited wishes to announce that COSCO (Zhoushan) Shipyard Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company's 51% owned COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd, has delivered a bulk carrier of 92500DWT, "TRANS BEIJING", to its European buyer. CMT: 1Q 2012 Distributable Income Up 4.6% Year-on-Year.

CapitaMall Trust is pleased to announce that it achieved distributable income of S$76.6 million for the period 1 January to 31 March 2012, up 4.6% compared to S$73.2 million for the same period in 2011. Distribution per unit was 2.30 cents, 0.4% higher than the 2.29 cents for 1Q 2011. Qian Hu: 1Q2012 Earnings Affected By Oversupply Of Dragon Fish In Malaysia.

Qian Hu Corporation Limited reported a 48.1% decline in first quarter net profit attributable to shareholders to $523,000 as a result of lower Dragon Fish prices arising from an oversupply situation in Malaysia. This was due to the setting up of many new farms in Malaysia which bred the highly-prized Asian Arowana in recent months. Consequently, the Group's revenue dipped 14.8% to $20.6 million in the three months ended 31 March 2012.
