Adampak: Navis Capital Launches S$110.7 Million Cash Offer.

Private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has announced that it has made a voluntary conditional cash offer to takeover Adampak Limited. Navis is making the offer through Safe Label Group Pte Ltd, an investment holding company and intends to make Adampak a wholly owned subsidiary and privatize Adampak. The offer, if accepted by more than 90% of Adampak's shareholders, will see Adampak being taken private, under the compulsory acquisition rule. Ryobi Kiso: Secures Largest Contract To Date In Vietnam Worth S$27.3 Million.

Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Raffles Piling Vietnam Company Limited, together with its joint venture partner, Phu Cuong Co., Ltd., has secured a contract worth VND 448.8 billion or approximately S$27.3 million, inclusive of value-added tax, the Group's largest contract to date in Vietnam. IVL: Closes Deal For Old World MEG Business To Add Value To Integration Strategy

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, the world's leading vertically integrated Polyester Value Chain producer, has closed the deal to acquire Old World Industries I, Ltd., and Old World Transportation Ltd., a U.S.-based Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol producer for US$ 795 million. The deal was first announced in February 2012. Old World, the largest single EO/EG production facility in the U.S. with Crude EO capacity of 435,000 tons per annum, is located in Clear Lake, Texas, near Houston. The area is at the heart of America's petrochemical industry and is networked by pipelines delivering feedstock.
