Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Subtech Ltd. (Seychelles), a leading provider of quality turnkey sub-sea engineering services, has secured a contract award to provide subsea Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance services along with Saturation Diving Operations for an end client who is a major oil and gas company with a presence in West Africa. FSL Trust: Notice To Unitholders On Forex Rate.

First Ship Lease Trust would like to inform all unitholders of FSL Trust that the distribution of US0.95 cents per unit for the quarter ended 30 September 2011 will be paid on Monday, 28 November 2011. Unitholders who did not opt to receive their distribution in US Dollars, will receive it in Singapore Dollars at the foreign exchange rate of US$1.00 = S$1.3003, which was fixed on 21 November 2011. CapitaMalls Asia Limited and CapitaLand Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary CapitaLand Residential Singapore launched Bedok Residences, the newest mixed development in the heart of Bedok Town, one of the most popular mature residential estates in Singapore. Courage Marine: Makes Second Strategic Acquisition Of Supermax Vessel For US$26.6 Million.

Courage Marine Group Limited has through its wholly-owned subsidiary Zorina Navigation Corp., entered into a memorandum of agreement with Zhejiang Zengzhou Ship Building Co., Ltd for the acquisition of a vessel for a total cash consideration of US$26.6 million. The delivery of the vessel will take place in December 2011. The Zorina Vessel is a newly-built vessel with a carrying capacity of approximately 57,000 dwt. MBK Public Company Limited (MBK)

MBK Public Company Limited (MBK) ("the Company") was founded and registered on 25 July 1974 originally under the name of Mah Boon Krong Drying and Silo Company Limited which managed a shopping center called "Mah Boon Krong Shopping Center". The shopping center has been open to the public since 7 February 1985. The Company first became a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1978, thanks to the efforts by the Company’s original team of management. However, the Company became delisted in 1987.

Afterwards, the Company was managed by a new team of management and its name was changed from "Mah Boon Krong Drying and Silo Company Limited" to "MBK Property & Development Company Limited". Later on 8 April 1994, it was transformed into a public limited company under the name of "MBK Property & Development Public Company Limited". It became a listed company again on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 5 April 1996.
