KSH Holdings Limited announced that the Group has been awarded a contract win worth S$49.9 million from Mount Alvernia Hospital for the additions and alterations to Mount Alvernia Hospital's car park block, front lobby & side entrance extension. With this new project, the existing order book of the Group's Construction business elevates to over S$385.0 million. The project will commence on 6 October 2011 or upon the issuance of "Permit to Commence Works" by the Building and Construction Authority, whichever is the latest. Ryobi Kiso: Announces Industrial Development Project In Vietnam.

Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd. is pleased to announce its investment in an industrial development project in Vietnam. Ryobi Kiso's subsidiary, Ryobi Development Pte. Ltd., has entered into an in-principle agreement with Ascendas-Protrade Company Limited to lease the land use rights for a 35,676 m2 site in Ascendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park in An Tay Ward, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The tenure of the land lease shall commence from the date of the signing of the lease agreement till 28 October 2057, and the amount payable is US$1.64 million (S$2.1 million)... Sunpower: Makes First Foray Into India Via US$8.5 Million Contract With JSW Steel, Third Largest Steel Manufacturer In India.

Sunpower Group Ltd. is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Nanjing Shengnuo Heat Pipe Co., Ltd. has clinched a US$8.5 million (approx S$10.9 million) contract with JSW Steel Ltd., the third largest steel manufacturer in India and a unit of the Jindal Group, a conglomerate valued at US$12 billion. As the first direct order received from India, the Group will supply three waste heat recovery units which include the manufacture of one of the largest units in China. Through use of the Group's waste heat recovery equipment, companies can recover waste heat found in sintering process to reduce energy consumption. Expected to be delivered within FY2012... CapitaMalls Asia: To Develop Suzhou's Largest And Best-Located Shopping Mall.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into a conditional agreement to form a 50:50 joint venture with Suzhou Industrial Park Jinji Lake Urban Development Co., Ltd. Owned by the Suzhou Industrial Park government, SIPJUD is the master developer of the SIP Central Business District, known as the Suzhou Centre. United Envirotech Ltd. is pleased to announce that the Group has exercised a call option to acquire the entire equity interest of Tongji Environmental (China) Pte Ltd, holding company of Aton Environmental (Shenyang) Co., Ltd, for a consideration of RMB34.03 million. LMIR Trust: Secures S$200 Million Term Loan Facility.

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust is pleased to announce that HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd, as trustee of LMIR Trust, has entered into a facility agreement with the Singapore branches of CIMB Bank Berhad, Credit Suisse AG, Standard Chartered Bank, and UBS AG, to obtain loan facilities of up to S$200 million from the banks, including a committed S$150 million 2.5-year term loan facility and an uncommitted S$50 million 3-year loan facility.
