Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust announced a distributable income of S$13.8 million for the period from 1 April 2011 to 30 June 2011. OSIM: Announces Q2 PBT Of S$24M +60%.

LOSIM International Ltd is pleased to announce a strong set of results for the quarter ended 30 June 2011. Revenue rose by 5% to S$138 million. The increase in sales was driven by the launch of new innovative products. Profit before tax at S$24 million was up 60%. OSIM is pleased that the positive growth is broad-based as the Company work towards better efficiency per outlet and per man. Profit after tax at S$19 million was up 58%. Anwell: Dongguan Government Invests RMB700 Million In Subsidiary.

Anwell Technologies Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dongguan Anwell Digital Machinery Co Ltd. had secured RMB700 million in capital injection from the Municipal Government of Dongguan, for the development of Anwell's second thin film solar panel manufacturing base in Dongguan. With this significant investment, the Dongguan Government will become a 19.5% shareholder in Dongguan Anwell, valuing Dongguan Anwell alone at S$680 million (RMB3.6 billion). Rickmers Maritime: Reports Steady Cash Flows And DPU Of 0.60 US Cents.

Rickmers Maritime announced the financial performance for the second quarter and first half ended 30 June 2011. Charter revenue for 2Q2011 was US$37.57 million, an increase of 3% over the corresponding quarter in 2010. The increase was mainly attributable to Kaethe C. Rickmers contracting a higher net charter rate of US$23,888 per day as of 25 March 2011, compared to the rate of US$8,288 in 2Q2010. The Trust generated cash flow from operating activities amounting to US$27.75 million, compared with US$28.12 million in the same period last year.
