Pteris Global: Signs MOU To Acquire AeroMobiles Pte Ltd.

Pteris Global Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enter into discussions and negotiate the acquisition of 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of AeroMobiles. The MOU is signed between Pteris Global and Mr. Benny Yeoh, who currently holds 88% of the issued share capital of AeroMobiles, with the balance of 12% held by Mr Alvin Ho. The proposed acquisition is subject to the entry into a definitive Sales and Purchase Agreement. CapitaMalls Asia: 2Q 2011 PATMI Doubles To S$164.9 Million.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited announced that it posted profit after tax and minority interests of S$164.9 million for 2Q 2011, a doubling of the S$82.1 million for 2Q 2010. Earnings before interest and tax were S$212.8 million for 2Q 2011, a 126% increase over the S$94.0 million for 2Q 2010. In view of ther strong performance in the first half, the Board is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.5 cents per share.Based on the current outlook and growth momentum, the Board expects to recommend another dividend of at least 1.5 cents per share for the full year. Aztech: Reports First Half 2011 Results.

Aztech Group Ltd announced its 2nd quarter 2011 and 1st Half 2011 financial results for the period ended 30 June 2011. CMT: 2Q 2011 Distribution Per Unit Grows 3.1% Year-on-Year.

CapitaMall Trust is pleased to announce that it achieved a Second Quarter 2011 distribution per unit of 2.36 cents which is 3.1% higher than the DPU of 2.29 cents for the same period in 2010. This brings CMT's DPU to 4.65 cents for First Half 2011, exceeding the First Half 2010 DPU of 4.52 cents by 2.9%. Unitholders can expect to receive their 2Q 2011 DPU on 26 August 2011.
