CapitaMall Trust is pleased to announce the offering for subscription of up to S$200 million of 2-year bonds to public and institutional investors in Singapore. The bonds carry a fixed interest of 2.00% per annum, to be paid annually on 25 February 2012 and 25 February 2013. S$50 million will be offered to the public, while S$150 million will be offered to institutional and other investors. CapitaMalls Asia: Records 9% Rise In FY 2010 PATMI To S$421.9 Million.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited announced that it achieved profit after tax and minority interests of S$421.9 million for FY 2010, 9% higher than the S$388.1 million for FY 2009. Revenue under management was S$1,359.1 million for FY 2010, 6% higher than the S$1,287.0 million for FY 2009. Earnings before interest and tax were S$472.4 million for FY 2010. Bursa Malaysia: Derivatives' Crude Palm Oil Futures Open Interest Hits Record High.

Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad’s hits all-time high for its crude palm oil futures open interest at 101,960 contracts, surpassing the previous open interest record of 101,536 contracts on 8 June 2007. The increase of open interest is an important milestone which shows sustained interest in FCPO contracts by market players. The FCPO’s open interest has been healthy for the past three years, averaging at 80,000 contracts per day.
