A-REIT: Delivers 3.7% Year-on-Year Growth In 3Q FY2010/11 Gross Revenue.

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce a year-on-year growth of 3.3% in A-REIT's net property and related interest income for 3Q FY2010/11. Gross revenue grew by 3.7% due mainly to additional rental income from the completion of investments since December 2009. However, the increase was partially offset by higher operating expenses arising from the cessation of land rent and property tax rebates granted by the Singapore Government in 2009 and the enlarged portfolio of properties, resulting in a smaller net property and related finance lease interest income increase of 3.3% to S$84.1 million... HLN: Makes Its First Foray Into The PRC Property Market.

HLN Technologies Ltd is taking its first step to diversify and broaden the Group's earnings base through a proposed investment in Tianjin Swan Lake Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, a top-end property developer in Wuqing district, Tianjin, the People's Republic of China. HLN will be taking a 15.16% stake in Tianjin Swan Lake for a total consideration of RMB64.0 million (S$12.7 million). PEC: Awarded S$78 Million Utilities Project Works.

PEC Ltd. announced that it was awarded a S$78 million project works contract from Tuas Power Utilities. Under this contract PEC will provide engineering, procurement and construction services for a pipe rack and utilities piping reticulation system in TPU's Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex in Jurong Island. CMMT: 4Q 2010 Distribution Per Unit Exceeds Forecast By 3.4%.

CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust, is pleased to announce that CMMT achieved distributable income of RM24.8 million for the quarter from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010. Distribution per unit for 4Q 2010 was 1.84 sen, which is 3.4% higher than CMMTís forecast of 1.78 sen. For the financial period from 14 July 2010 to 31 December 2010, distributable income was RM45.9 million. Total annualised DPU for the year of 7.26 sen exceeded CMMTís forecast DPU of 7.16 sen as stated in its listing prospectus. Based on CMMTís closing price of RM1.10 per unit on 19 January 2011, the annualised distribution yield is 6.6%. Unitholders can expect to receive their first distribution of 3.4 sen per unit for the financial period ended 31 December 2010 on 25 February 2011.
