Biosensors: Reports Continued Strong Sales Growth And Record Operating Results In The Second Quarter Of Fiscal 2011.

Biosensors International Group, Ltd. announced financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2011 and the fiscal six months ended 30 September 2010. For 2Q FY11, Biosensors reported total revenue, including licensing and royalties, of US$36.5 million, a US$ 9.3 million (34%) increase over the US$27.2 million reported in the second quarter of fiscal year 2010. Sales of drug-eluting stents increased to US$20.9 million in the quarter, a 63% increase over 2Q FY10, and a 19% increase over the first quarter of fiscal year 2011. Fabchem: Posts First-Half Net Profit Of RMB 21.37 Million On Revenue Of RMB 194.19 Million.

Fabchem China Limited's sales in the three traditional product groups of explosive devices, industrial fuses and initiating explosive devices, and industrial detonators remained relatively stable during the first half of its financial year. The Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Yinguang Chemical Co., Ltd, a major explosive-grade ammonium nitrate manufacturing company in the PRC, recorded a 93.9% rise in revenue to RMB 61.99 million in 6M2011. Changtian: 9MFY10 Net Profit Up 54.4% To RMB95.9 Million.

Changtian Plastic & Chemical Limited announced its results for the nine months ended 30 September 2010. Group revenue rose 64.1% to RMB537.9 million from RMB327.9 million in the previous corresponding period. Net profit was RMB95.9 million, up 54.4% from RMB62.1 million in 9MFY09. For the three months ended 30 September 2010, the Group's revenue decreased 27.8% from RMB173.1 million for the three months ended 30 September 2009 to RMB125.0 million. JES: 3Q2010 Net Profit Soars To RMB 22.5 million From RMB 1.6 Million, Orderbook Reaches US$ 900 Million For Delivery Up To FY2012.

JES International Holdings Limited said that its net attributable profit for the July - September 2010 soared to RMB 22.5 million from RMB 1.6 million in 3Q2009. JES said profit surge was achieved on the back of a 113.7% increase in revenue to RMB 641.0 million in 3Q2010 from RMB 300.0 million in 3Q2009, mainly due to more vessels in construction, with the increased capacities coming from the recently completed new yard facilities. SunVic Chemical Holdings Limited is pleased to announce its unaudited results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2010. Net profit for Q3 2010 rose by 3283.0% to RMB193.4 million from a loss of RMB6.1 million in Q3 2009. Yongnam: 3QFY2010 Net Profit Up 20.6% To S$13.7 Million.

Yongnam Holdings Limited reported a 20.6% jump in the Group's net profit to S$13.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2010, notwithstanding a marginal dip in revenue from S$82.6 million in 3QFY2009 to S$80.8 million in 3QFY2010. MAS wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FlyFirefly Sdn Bhd ("Firefly"), will expand its network and operations starting 15 January 2011. Firefly, which currently operates a fleet of 7 ATR 72-500 turbo-propeller aircraft, will introduce jet aircraft operations with a new fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft operating out of the Main Terminal Building of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
