Biosensors: Acquires Bifurcation-Stent Specialist Devax.

Biosensors International Group, Ltd announced the acquisition of certain assets of Devax, Inc., a maker of specialty stents, for a total consideration of USD 5.7 million. Headquartered in Irvine, California, US, Devax develops the AXXESS drug-eluting stent system designed specifically to treat the complex type of coronary artery disease that forms at the intersection of two vessels. OSIM: Q3 Profitability Up 86%.

OSIM is pleased to announce a strong set of results for the quarter. During the quarter the Company grew cash flow and profitability. The conversion of GNC Australia into franchised outlets resulted in lower sales recognition. However, this conversion has given rise to better profitability for the Australian subsidiary. Aztech: Registers S$4.30 Million Net Profit For The 9 Months Of FY 2010.

Aztech Group Ltd announced its third quarter and January to September FY 2010 financial results for the period ended 30 September 2010. The Group recorded a turnover of S$63.66 million and net profit of S$1.61 million for 3Q2010.
