Anwell: Received Deposit For A Solar Module Order Of At Least 180MW.

Anwell Technologies Limited is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Henan Sungen Solar Fab Co., Ltd., has received deposit from a leading solar panel distributor/developer for its order of solar module. The deposit was made by the Developer according to an agreement signed between Anwell and the Developer. With the agreement in place, Anwell has further strengthened its expansion plan for its thin film solar plant in Henan, China. Under the agreement, the Developer has committed to purchase not less than 180MW of solar modules from Anwell within the next 3 years. The first shipment is scheduled to deliver in October 2010... Sinopipe: Secures Build-Transfer Contract Worth Approximately RMB 300 Million In Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, The PRC.

Sinopipe Holdings Limited announced that it has, through its 99.1% owned subsidiary, Fujian Aton Advanced Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd., signed a Build-Transfer contract. The Jiamusi BT project is estimated to be worth approximately RMB 300 million in total construction and development fees. Located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, the People's Republic of China, this project will consist mainly of the supply and installation of drainage and sewerage pipes and pipe fittings. Large diameter steel-plastic composite wound high density polyethylene pipes developed and produced by the Group will be mainly used for this BT project. Stamford Tyres: Japan's 2nd Largest Tyre Manufacturer, Sumitomo Rubber Industries, To Acquire 1.8% Stake.

Japan's 2nd largest tyre maker, Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., will purchase a 1.8% stake in South East Asia's largest independent tyre and wheel distributor, Stamford Tyres Corporation Limited. Subject to the approval from the Singapore Stock Exchange, Stamford Tyres will issue SRI 4.3 million new shares at a price of $0.35 per share. The net proceeds from the placement, after deducting estimated expenses of $0.1 million, is approximately S$1.4 million. Technics: Awarded S$35 Million Contract From Vietsovpetro For "Dragon" Oilfield In Offshore Vietnam.

Technics Oil and Gas Limited announced that it has secured another EPCC contract from JV Vietsovpetro for the provisioning of the topside equipments for wellhead satellite platforms named RC-6 and RC-7 for the "Dragon" oilfield in offshore Vietnam, worth an estimated S$35 million. The two platforms from this latest contract are expected to produce up to a total of 84,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
