Sinopipe: Secures Build-Transfer Contract Worth Approximately RMB 100 Million In Mengjin County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, The PRC.

Sinopipe Holdings Limited announced that it has, through it's 99.1% owned subsidiary, Fujian Aton Advanced Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd., signed a Build-Transfer contract in Mengjin County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, the PRC. The Mengjin BT project is estimated to be worth approximately RMB 100 million in total construction and development fees. Located in Mengjin County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, the People's Republic of China, this project will consist mainly of the installation of plastic pipes and pipe fittings produced by the Group. RH PetroGas: Acquires Lundin's Interests In Two Oil Producing PSCs In West Papua, Indonesia.

RH Petrogas Limited is pleased to announce that it has executed a definitive Sale and Purchase Agreement with Lundin Petroleum BV, to acquire the entire issued share capital of Lundin Salawati Basin BV and Lundin Indonesia BV. Both LSB and LIB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Lundin. CapitaMalls Asia: Successful Joint Tender With CapitaLand For The Bedok Town Centre Site At S$788.9 Million.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited is pleased to announce that the joint tender by CMA and CapitaLand for the Bedok Town Centre Site has been accepted by HDB. The Bedok Town Centre Site, which is located at New Upper Changi Road / Bedok North Drive, was awarded at the tender price of S$788.9 million. The site has a land area of approximately 24,902.2 sq m, with a maximum permissible total gross floor area of 87,157.7 sq m, and with a lease term of 99 years commencing from the date of full payment of the tender price. Under the HDB conditions of tender, the gross floor area of the Shopping Mall Component together with the bus interchange shall not exceed 40% of the total gross floor area of the development and the remaining gross floor area shall be used for the Residential Component. CMA and CapitaLand intend to develop the Bedok Town Centre Site into a mixed residential-retail development. Thai Airways: THAI Flight TG794 Lands Safely At Los Angeles International Airport.

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ampon Kittiampon, said that flight TG794 from Bangkok to Los Angeles landed safely on 7 September 2010 at Los Angeles International Airport following a bomb threat on this flight. The situation began with a passenger finding a note in the lavatory and alerted cabin crew who informed the captain. US federal authorities were then informed and took immediate preparatory procedures for such situations upon the aircraft landing in Los Angeles.
