Ezra: Reports 26% Higher 9MFY10 PATMI Of US$54.5M, Positive On Outlook For Oil & Gas Sector.

Ezra Holdings Limited posted a 26% higher year-on-year net attributable profit of US$54.5 million for the nine months ended 31 May 2010, supported by its diversified earnings base. Group revenue rose by 4% yoy to US$244.3m, largely from the Marine Services Division which benefitted from an increase in procurement and equipment supply and engineering activities in Vietnam. This fabrication and engineering services base recently clinched two contracts worth up to US$130.0 million, one of which is to build an offshore accommodation structure for use in the fast expanding African offshore O&G market... Parkway Life REIT: Continues Acquisition Growth Path With Five New Japan Nursing Home Properties.

Parkway Trust Management Limited, as the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, is pleased to announce that HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, as trustee of PLife REIT has through its wholly owned-subsidiary, Parkway Life Japan3 Pte. Ltd., entered into a Tokumei-Kumiai agreement for the acquisition of five nursing home properties located in Japan. Acquisition of the Properties is expected to be completed by 23 July 2010. Tat Hong: Tutt Bryant Group Limited Recommends Cash Proposal.

Tutt Bryant Group Limited and its largest shareholder Tat Hong Holdings Ltd announce that they have entered into a bid implementation agreement for the proposed acquisition by Tat Hong, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tat Hong International Pte Ltd, of all of the issued shares in Tutt Bryant which Tat Hong does not already own. Tat Hong currently has an ownership interest in Tutt Bryant of approximately 70%. Under the proposed acquisition, TBG shareholders will receive 92 cents in cash per fully paid share, valuing the total issued shares in TBG at approximately $132 million. A-REIT: Delivers 8.2% Year-on-Year Growth In Net Property Income.

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, is pleased to announce a year-on-year growth of 8.2% and 3.5% in net property income and distributable income respectively for 1Q FY2010/11. A-REIT commenced the financial year with a 10.9% growth in gross revenue contributed mainly by the larger portfolio base from a year ago. Net property income increased by a smaller extent of 8.2% due to higher operating expenses, attributed to the enlarged portfolio, higher utilities expenses as well as the cessation of land rent rebates granted by the Singapore Government in 2009. SPH: Reports Third Quarter Net Profit Of $165 Million.

Singapore Press Holdings Limited reported its results for the third quarter ended 31 May 2010. The Group delivered a strong performance in the third quarter with recurring earnings of $176.8 million, $45.5 million (34.7%) higher than the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. This was attributable to the rebound in performance from the Group's Newspaper and Magazine segment as well as higher contribution from Sky@eleven. Net profit rose by 29.9% to $164.6 million... Olam: Lodges Takeover Notice For Up To 100% Of Issued Shares In NZ Farming Systems Uruguay.

Olam International Limited announced that it has notified NZ Farming Systems Uruguay Limited of its intention to make a cash offer at NZ$0.55 per share for all of the shares in NZFSU that it does not already own. Olam is currently the largest shareholder in NZFSU with an 18.45% shareholding following the purchase of shares in NZFSU in September 2009 and May 2010. Electricity Generating Public Company Limited

The Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO is the first independent power producer in Thailand. EGCO was incorporated on May 12, 1992 by Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) which marked the commencement of the Thai government’s privatization initiatives to allow broader private sector investment in the power sector. EGCO was transformed into a public company on March 23, 1994 and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on January 16, 1995.
