COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited wishes to announce that its subsidiary, COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co., Ltd. has secured two contracts totaling over US$100 million to convert two Large Crude Carrier tankers, MT "Radiant Jewel" and "BW Nisa", to Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels for a Japanese ship-owner and an European ship-owner respectively. KSH Holdings: Secures Centennia Suites Project Worth S$70.6 Million.

KSH Holdings Limited announced a new contract win worth S$70.6 million from Lippo Real Estate Pte. Limited, a subsidiary company under Lippo Group, for the construction of Centennia Suites, a luxury 36-storey freehold strata development in the prime River Valley Road area. This is the second residential project that the Group has been awarded by Lippo Group, following the ongoing Marina Collection residential development at Sentosa Cove. With this new contract win, the existing order book of the Group's Construction business now stands at approximately S$355.0 million. Mermaid: Secures Chevron Indonesia Drilling Contract Award For 'MTR-2'.

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited is pleased to announce that its subsidiary MTR-2 Ltd. has secured a contract award with Chevron Indonesia Company to provide drilling and related services using the tender drilling rig 'MTR-2' for Chevron's offshore oil and gas fields in Indonesia. This Contract Award has recently received approval by Indonesia's Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas Activity. The 'MTR-2' is presently providing similar drilling and related services under an existing drilling contract to Chevron Indonesia and the new drilling contract award will commence back-to-back upon the expiry of the existing drilling contract this June 2010.
