Courage Marine: Courage Marine: Enters Into MOA To Acquire The Second Vessel In 3 Months

Courage Marine Group Limited has procured a pre-owned approximately 67,000 deadweight tons vessel. The Memorandum of Agreement was signed to procure the Panamax size vessel for approximately US$13 million. The acquisition of this vessel will be funded via internal resources. Delivery of the vessel is expected by 2Q2010. Inclusive of the Capesize vessel MV Cape Ore delivered in March, the Group now has a total of 10 vessels with 3 handysize, 2 Handymax, 4 Panamax and 1 Capesize dry bulk carriers, contributing a total tonnage of approximately 590,000 dwt. Aztech: Aztech: Reports S$1.56 Million Profit For Q1 2010

Aztech Group Ltd announced its first quarter financial results ended 31 March 2010. The Group registered an overall turnover of S$49.70 million and net profit of S$1.56 million for Q1 2010. During 2007-2009, the Company and its subsidiaries have generated over 60% of the total incomes from domestic markets. The Company has 2 manufacturing plant; one for manufacturing power transformer and the second one for distribution transformer. At present, the Company is the sole local manufacturer of transformers in Thailand, which has manufactured both power transformers and distribution transformers and has received the transfer of manufacturing technology from VA TECH EBG Transformatoren GmbH&Co. of Austria; and Fuji Electric Systems Co., Ltd. of Japan, who are the world's leading manufacturers of transformers. Currently, the Company is holding shares in 3 subsidiaries that supply the transformer's components to the Company.
