MTQ: MTQ Expands Footprints To Northern Territory In Australia

SGX Mainboard-listed MTQ Corporation Limited ("MTQ" or "Group"), one of the leading regional engineering specialists in the fabrication, repair and maintenance of oilfield equipment, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MTQ Engine Systems Pty Ltd ("MTQES") has entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement to acquire the business assets of Premier Fuel Injection Pty Ltd ("Premier") for a cash consideration of A$500,000.

Pranda: Pranda sees signs of export demand picking up

Listed jewellery exporter Pranda Jewelry Plc is maintaining its 10 per cent revenue growth target this year to 4.07 billion baht as foreign markets have shown steady demand in recent months, says president Prapee Sorakraikitikul. The company, which earns 80 per cent of its revenue from exports, has benefited from improving demand from the United States, its major market. Other markets include Europe, Australia and Japan. Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited

Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited, or DIMET, was founded in 1982 by Australian ACMIL Group, which was the sole shareholder. Initially, DIMET produced high performance protective coating to be used with Chevron’s off-shore platforms in the Gulf of Thailand, power plants of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), and other petrochemical plants. Later, DIMET expanded its business to produce more paint products such as timber finishes, decorative paint and industrial paints, which have contributed sales growth from past to present.
