Raffles Education Corporation Limited ("RafflesEducationCorp" or "the Group"), the largest private education provider in the Asia-Pacific region, announced that it has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("S & P Agreement") with Rawa Investments (Cayman Islands) Ltd in which the latter will take up a 10 per cent strategic investment in Oriental University City Limited ("OUC") for a total consideration of RMB 300 million (approximately S$62.5 million). ASL Marine: ASL Marine Secured New Shipbuilding Contract Worth S$38.5 Million

The Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. (the "Company" or "ASL Marine") announced that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, ASL Shipyard Pte Ltd has secured a new shipbuilding contract from an oversea customer worth approximately $38.5 million for one unit of Diving Support Vessel with fire fighting standby and rescue capabilities. Pruksa: PRUKSA EYES MORE OVERSEAS MARKETS

Leading Thai property firm Pruksa Real Estate is considering development projects in Indonesia and Qatar after proceeding this year with residential projects in Vietnam, India and Maldives, says director and chief operating officer Prasert Taedullayasatit. However, the company has suspended plans for investment in China due to the complication of its laws, he said.
