AIM Corp
US$135 Million (S$188 Million) Major Contract Award From Honeywell International Inc. For A Period Of 5 Years

Singapore Exchange ("SGX") Mainboard-listed Advanced Integrated Manufacturing Corp. Ltd. ("AIM Corp") together with its new subsidiary, AMC Penang Sdn Bhd ("AMC Penang"), an integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in the medium to high-end applications primarily for the Aerospace-Avionics industry, announced on December 21, 2009 that it has been awarded the new business of kitting program for the procurement of mechanical parts through a point of use replenishment system that includes a kitting and sub-assembly value-added program.

The "Five-Years" Long-Term Contract includes a kitting programme worth up to US$135 million over five years, thereby generating an estimated additional revenue of US$27 million per annum for AMC Penang.

SGX-Listed CNA Secures Multiple Contracts In Vietnam Worth S$18 Million

CNA Group Ltd. ("CNA" or the "Group"), an award-winning enabler of intelligent buildings and facilities, announced on December 22, 2009 that the Group has secured $18 million worth of new contracts in Vietnam all of which are expected to contribute to FY2010 performance.

Significant among these new projects is a fast-track Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing ("MEP") contract for Danang International Airport ("Danang Airport") in Central Vietnam which the Group won due to its previously demonstrated capability to successfully execute such projects of short duration.


Boustead Singapore
Boustead Subsidiary Awarded S$107m Contract To Design-And-Build Integrated Facility For World Leading Power Systems Corporation

Boustead Singapore Limited ("Boustead") announced on December 22, 2009 that its 91.7 per cent-owned subsidiary, Boustead Projects Pte Ltd ("Boustead Projects") - a leading specialist in industrial real estate solutions - has been awarded a $107 million contract to design and build an integrated manufacturing and support facility (the "Facility") for one of the world's leading power systems corporations (the "Client"). The contract is the largest industrial real estate solutions contract secured by Boustead Projects to date.

Located at the Seletar Aerospace Park (the "SAP") in Singapore, the Facility will have a gross floor area of approximately 28,000 square metres, spread across two floors.

Sino Techfibre Clinches RMB45.1 Million Contract To Supply PU Synthetic Leather For Belts And Shoes

Sino Techfibre Limited ("Sino Techfibre" or the "Group"), a leading producer of microfibre, polyurethane ("PU") synthetic leather and pattern moulding paper (PMP) in the PRC, announced on December 23, 2009 that the Group has clinched a major contract worth RMB45.1 million (the "Contract") from Shandong Mingjun Textile & Garment Co., Limited ("Shandong Mingjun"), for PU synthetic leather to be used for the manufacture of belts and shoes.

Based in Shandong Province, Shandong Mingjun specializes in the manufacturing of fashion apparel, including those for student groups such as The Young Pioneers of China and the Communist Youth League.
