Joint Venture With Allwonder Enterprises Pty Ltd In Relation To The Ownership And Chartering Of Vessels

The Board of Directors of Ezion Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Ezion") announced that the Company had, via its wholly owned subsidiary, Ezion Investments Pte Ltd, entered into a joint venture agreement ("JV Agreement") with Allwonder Enterprises Pty Ltd ("Allwonder"), a company incorporated in Australia to jointly own and operate vessels to support the first phase development of the Gorgon gas fields in Australia (the "Joint Venture").

Pursuant to the JV Agreement, a joint venture company known as "OMSA Ningaui Pte Ltd" ("OMSA Ningaui") - owned equally between Ezion and its joint venture partner, Allwonder - had been established in Singapore.

SGX-Listed DMX Deploys China's First's Nationwide Interactive Digital TV Services For Jiangsu-Kunming Cable TV

Singapore Exchange ("SGX") Mainboard-listed DMX Technologies Group Limited ("DMX" or the "Group"), a leading information technology enabler and digital media solution provider, announced that it has won a contract to deploy China’s first ever cross-operator interactive Digital Cable TV ("DTV") services for "JiangSu-Kunming" Cable TV ("CATV"). This follows a cooperation agreement between China’s biggest CATV operator - JiangSu Cable TV Network Co Ltd and Kunming CATV as part of the SARFT’s ("State Administration OF Radio, Film and Television") efforts to facilitate the adoption of interactive DTV services in China.


PEC Ltd. Wins Maintenance Service Contracts From Shell

PEC Ltd. ("PEC", and together with its subsidiaries, associated companies and joint venture company, the "Group"), a homegrown plant and terminal engineering specialist which provides project works and maintenance services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, oil and chemical terminal and pharmaceutical industries in Asia and the Middle East, announced that it had signed a contract with Shell, a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, to provide mechanical maintenance service works for the Shell Bukom Site.

PEC’s 44 per cent-owned associated company, Plant Electrical Instrumentation Pte Ltd (PEI) was also awarded contracts for electrical maintenance services and instrument maintenance services for the Shell Bukom Site.


Yanlord And Ho Bee To Explore Joint Development Of Residential Project In Tangshan Nanhu Eco-City; Extends Penetration Into The Emerging Bohai Economic Region

Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Yanlord") together with Ho Bee Investment Limited ("Ho Bee") jointly announced on October 15, 2009 that they had through their joint venture company in Singapore, Yanlord Ho Bee Investments Pte. Ltd. ("Yanlord Ho Bee") signed a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with the Tangshan Nanhu Eco-city Administrative Committee during the Tangshan Caofeidian Economic Trade Forum to explore joint investment and development of high-end residential development within the Nanhu Eco-City. This project is supported by IE Singapore, Singapore’s lead agency promoting the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade.
